We ship worldwide from our studio in Madrid, Spain.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and the weight of your order. Orders over 300€ qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping times
Orders containing items in stock are prepared and shipped from our Madrid studio.
Some of our pieces are Made to Order and require additional production time. Made to Order pieces take approximately 2–3 weeks to produce, before being shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance and other circumstances outside of our control.
If your order includes both in-stock and Made to Order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant tracking information.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been collected by the carrier.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges, where applicable, are paid directly by the customer upon delivery or as required by the relevant customs authority.
Any applicable taxes included in the purchase price will be shown at checkout.
Customs policies vary from country to country, and EVADE HOUSE cannot determine or guarantee the amount of any customs charges that may apply to your order.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing your order. EVADE HOUSE cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the recipient cannot be reached, the delivery address is incorrect or the parcel is not collected, it may be returned to us by the carrier.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to orders that are successfully delivered and subsequently returned by the customer.
